Katrina Kaif opens up about her goal to become producer

Mumbai, Apr 27 (IBNS): After Anushka Sharma, Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Deepika Padukone, Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif has set production of films as her next goal.

In an upcoming episode of Feet Up With the Stars season 2, Voot, Kaif opened up about her goal and said: "I am excited about developing content. I want to become a producer, and I want to take ownership."

Kaif, who was last seen in Zero, is presently waiting for the release of superstar Salman Khan-starrer Bharat.

Anushka Sharma, a leading Bollywood actress, has so far produced two Hindi films, NH 10 and Pari.

Priyanka's Purple Pebble Pictures produced nine films in different languages while Padukone is set to make debut as a producer with Meghna Gulzar directorial Chhapaak.

Chhapaak also stars Padukone, who will essay the role of acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal's role.
