I am well: Dhanush tweets amid reports of his injury

Mumbai, June 23 (IBNS): Amid reports over his injury, actor Dhanush on Saturday confirmed that it was not a major issue and he was in good shape.

Dhanush thanked his fans for wishing him and praying for his health after reports of his injury surfaced.

"My beloved dear fans ... It’s not a major injury and I’m well. Thank you so much for your concern prayers and love. Im forever grateful. Love you all. My pillars of strength," the southern superstar tweeted.

Dhanush reportedly got hurt on the sets of "Maari 2".

Maari 2 is an upcoming Tamil language gangster action comedy film directed by Balaji Mohan. It is a sequel to his 2015 film Maari.
