English Vinglish actress Sujata Kumar dies

Mumbai, Aug 20 (IBNS); Bollywood actress Sujata Kumar has passed away after battling stage four cancer, her family confirmed on Monday.

Sujata is remembered for playing the character of late Bollywood actress Sridevi's sibling in English Vinglish movie.

Sujata passed away at 11: 26 pm on Sunday.

Sujata's sister and actress Suchitra Krishnamoorthi tweeted: "Our beloved Sujata Kumar has passed away and moved on to a better place leaving us with an umimaginable void. She left us an hour ago at 11.26 pm on the 19th of august 2018..Life can never be the same again."

Sujata had worked in several Bollywood movies which include Gori Tere Pyar Mein, Guzaarish and Raanjhanaa.
