India bowled out for 376 in first innings, corner Bangladesh early with ball in Chennai

Chennai/IBNS: India were bowled out for 376 in the inaugural innings of first Test against Bangladesh at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai on Friday.

Ravindra Jadeja missed his century as he was dismissed for 86 from 124 balls.

Ravichandran Ashwin was the top scorer for India with 113 from 133 balls.

Hasan Mahmud picked five wickets conceding 83 runs for Bangladesh.

Akash Deep (2 wickets) and Jasprit Bumrah (1 wicket) hit Bangladesh batters early reducing the visitors to 26/3 at lunchtime.

Bangladesh skipper Najmul Hossain Shanto (15) and Mushfiqur Rahim (4) are unbeaten.
