Asian Champions Trophy: India beat Pakistan

Kuantan,Oct 23 (IBNS): In a round-robin match of the Asian Champions Trophy, India beat arch-rivals Pakistan 3-2 on Sunday.

India showed  maturity and nerves of steel as they managed to clinch the tense match.

India's Pardeep Mor (22nd minute), Rupinder Pal Singh (43rd) and Ramandeep Singh (44th)  scored the goals, gifting their fans a memorable match before Diwali.

Pakistan's Muhammad Rizwan Sr (33rd) and Muhammad Irfan Jnr. (39th)  contributed with two goals.


India, however, managed to win the match by sticking to the 3-2 lead till the end.
