One killed, two injured in Kulgam explosion

Srinagar, Jun 27 (UNI): One person was killed and two others were injured in a mysterious blast on Thursday in south Kashmir district of Kulgam, official sources said here.

The blast took place at Chadder Ban, Khudwani in Kulgam district resulting in injuries to three persons.

The injured were rushed to Qaimoh hospital where one of them identified as Nazir Ahmad was declared brought dead.

One of the injured Abbas was later referred to District Hospital, Anantnag in a critical condition.

Police have registered a case and started investigation. Police and experts teams have been rushed there to investigate the cause of blast, the sources added.
