Odd-Even formula: Kejriwal looking for a solution, asks for suggestion

| | Apr 07, 2016, at 04:26 pm
New Delhi, Apr 7 (IBNS) Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday admitted that he is facing a 'real problem' over to the odd even rule and asked for ideas from people.

Responding to a tweet from a fellow user, who asked the CM, "brilliant aap odd even move. cars carrying school kids exempt, & how do parents get back, or then return to pick up kids?", the Delhi CM said that is indeed a problem.

Kejriwal said, "Thats a real problem. Looking for a solution. Pl suggest if anyone has any ideas."

The first odd-even scheme was rolled out from the first day of the new year, for fifteen days.

Though Kejriwal received a lot of praises for such a bold step, PIL's were also filed against the new rule, as people complained about the lack of commuting vehicles.

The next set of the scheme is set to be in force from this month, Apr 15-30.
