Four of family die in road accident
Guwahati, June 9 (IBNS): Four members of a family, including a child, were killed in an accident in Assam’s Dhubri district on Sunday.
The head-on collision between two vehicles took place along the National Highway (NH) 31 at Sirakuta area in Bilasipara town of Dhubri district.
According to the reports, four people of a family died on spot.
Following the incident, some locals had blocked the National Highway and alleged that the driver of an army vehicle involved was drunk.
The mob vandalised the army vehicle.
