Delhi experiences pre-monsoon showers

New Delhi, June 21 (IBNS): Giving some respite to Delhiites, the national capital experienced pre-monsoon showers on Sunday.

The usual date for the monsoon to hit Delhi is June 29.

According to Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), these rains are part of the pre-monsoon circulation.

Recently, torrential rains crippled life in India's financial capital Mumbai as train services were suspended and water logged streets stranded vehicles and buses since June 18.
