Patna, Jul 10 (IBNS) Ahead of the assembly elections in the state Bihar, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has promised to ban liquor when he forms the government next time.

"When I form government next time, a ban would be imposed on liquor," Kumar said while addressing a gathering of women at a Village  Dialogue Programme of the Social Welfare departmen.
