Bengaluru police arrest one for threat call to rationalist Prof. Bhagwan
Bengaluru, Sept 23 (IBNS) The Bengaluru police have arrested one person for allegedly making a threat call to rationalist and writer Professor KS Bhagwan, reports said.
The arrested person, who works in a hostel in Hubli, had allegedly made threat call to the Sahitya Academy office in Bengaluru.
He had reportedly made more than 20 calls to the office.
He had objected to the Academy choosing Professor Bhagwan for the Karnataka Sahitya Academy award.
Meanwhile, police have provided security to the office bearers of the academy.

The academy is scheduled to present the award to the rationalist leader on November seven.
