Shah will flag off the chariots, which will  travel across the state carrying the party's appeal to the people to vote for a change.

The party's campaign will focus on the development agenda of PM Modi and will stress on the benefits of having the same party  in power in  the state.

PM Modi will address a rally in Muzaffarpur next week.

The BJP will also highlight  the "misgovernance" of RJD chief Lalu Prasad and Nitish Kumar during their respective tenures  as chief minister, reports quoted  party leader Bhupendra Yadav as saying.
