Taiwan: Four-year-old beheaded in front of mother

Taipei, Mar 29 (IBNS) A four-year-old girl was beheaded in front of her mother by an attacker, on Monday, in the country's capital, according to reports.

Taiwan's official Central News Agency (CNA) reported that the child and her mother were on their way to a metro station, when a 33-year-old man attacked her with a kitchen knife and decapitated her.

The attacker was subdued by the mob, who turned in once they heard the woman cry.

The man is said to be a psychiatric patient.
