Pakistani soldier injured in explosion in Bolan
A Pakistani soldier belonging to the Frontier Corps was hurt after an explosion rocked Margat coal mines area of Bolan district on Saturday.
Officials told Dawn News that unidentified militants planted an improvised explosive device (IED) in Margat area and detonated it when a security forces vehicle arrived there for deployment of personnel at pickets.
The injured soldier was identified as Hassan.
He was shifted to CMH, Quetta for treatment.
The banned outfit Baloch Liberation Army has claimed responsibility for the incident.
