Gas explosion collapses Russian building, 7 killed

Moscow, Feb 16 (IBNS) At seven person was killed as a five-storey building collapsed in Russia's Yaroslavl city following a gas explosion on Tuesday, media reports said.

"Thus, the death toll is seven," an official at the press service was quoted as saying Tass.

"Three women, two men, a five-year boy and a teenage girl have been killed in the accident, according to the latest data," the news agency reported.

The mishap has left nine people injured.

The section of the building collapsed at around 4.20 a.m. Moscow Time (0120GMT).
