Donald Trump's overall health is excellent: Doctor

| | Jan 17, 2018, at 02:57 pm

Washington, Jan 17 (IBNS): Presidential physician Dr. Ronny Jackson has said that US President Donald Trump's "overall health is excellent"

He said the cognitive health of the US President was normal.

The physician shared the outcomes of Trump's health examination with reporters at the White House on Tuesday.

"I had no concerns about the president's cognitive ability," the physician said.

He said: "He mentally is very sharp, very tact."

"The fact that the president got 30/30 on that exam, there's no indication whatsoever that he has any cognitive issues," the doctor said.

The doctor said the President is 'healthy' and will remain so for the duration of his presidency.

Trump’s periodic physical examination was performed during the month of January 2018.

As per a statement issued by the White House," The physical examination was performed and supervised by Ronny L. Jackson, MD, FAAEM, Physician to the President and Director of the White House Medical Unit."
