China: Man uses drone to find his wife was having a secret affair with boss

A suspecting husband in China used a drone to track down his wife having a secret affair with her boss.

The 33-year-old, surnamed Jing, embarked on the hi-tech surveillance mission after his wife became “cold” towards him last year, reported South China Morning Post.

Sometimes she intentionally ignored him, said Jing, who lives in Shiyan in central Hubei province, the newspaper reported quoting Net Ease.

Jing's concerns heightened over some unusual events in the life of his wife which included changing her position at work and the number of times she said she was going to visit her parents.

The surveillance footage revealed that the wife, surnamed Wu, got into a car which took her to a remote mountain, the newspaper reported.

The drone tacked her walking hand in hand with a man and then disappearing into a dilapidated mud house.

After 20 minutes, they were seen walking out and heading towards the factory where Wu worked.

Jing said the evidence he secured with his drone could be used to secure his divorce.

“Her other man is her boss. The wife of the boss also works in the same factory so it is inconvenient for them to have an affair there, so my wife was forced to meet him in the wild,” Jing was quoted as saying by the newspaper.

Meanwhile, the incident has been buzzing on the social media with several users claiming the drone actually revealed Wu's lie and disloyalty towards her husband.

“It was a good idea to buy a drone. Without this tool, Jing would have never known he was being betrayed. That’s the magical function of technology,” one person quipped on Weibo as quoted by South China Morning Post.

Another online observer said: “In this era of hi-tech, any lie will be debunked. So couples should stick to the principle of loyalty.”
