Texas, Feb 12 (IBNS): British media giant BBC claimed that a supporter of US President Donald Trump has attacked their cameraman during a campaign rally in El Paso.

As per the British media report, sporting a Make America Great Again cap, the man shoved and swore at the BBC's Ron Skeans and other news crews before being pulled away.

Skeans was quoted as saying by BBC that the "very hard shove" came from his blindside. "I didn't know what was going on."

Skeans was quoted as saying by the British media outlet that the man almost knocked him and his camera over twice before he was wrestled away by a blogger.

BBC Washington producer Eleanor Montague later said Rn was fine.

"To all those who asked after the cameraman - Ron is fine . Thanks for asking," she tweeted.

She had earlier said: "Just attended my first ⁦@realDonaldTrump⁩ rally where my colleague BBC cameraman Rob Skeans was attacked by a Trump supporter. The crowd had been whipped up into a frenzy against the media by Trump and other speakers all night #TrumpElPaso."
