Afghanistan: Explosion near Indian consulate in Jalalabad

Jalalabad, Jan 5 (IBNS): A powerful explosion rocked Afghanistan's Jalalabad city on Tuesday, media reports said.

The explosion occurred at around 11 am.

The explosion occurred close to the Indian consulate, media reports said.

No group has claimed responsibility for the attack so far.

There is no immediate reports of casualties.

The Indian mission in Mazar-e-Sharif was attacked by militants on Sunday.
