Afghanistan: Militants attack state-run broadcaster, 2 killed
Kabul, May 17 (IBNS): Militants attack on the National Radio Television building in Afghanistan's Nangarhar province left at least two people killed, media reports said on Wednesday.
The incident left six others injured.
Attaullah Khogyani, the governor's spokesman, was quoted as saying by Afghanistan's Pajhwok Afghan News that four assailants were involved in the attack.
He said two attackers blew themselves up while others were gunned down by security men.
The injured people were rushed to hospital.
