Afghanistan: Premature IED explosion kills Taliban militant
Kabul, Mar 4 (IBNS): A Taliban militant was killed as an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) bomb exploded prematurely in Afghanistan's Balkh province, local Khaama Press reported.
The incident took place in Chimtal district of the province.
The deceased militant was busy planting the IED bomb on the roadside when it exploded prematurely, claiming his life.
The Taliban is yet to comment on the report.
