Ukraine agrees for peace talks with Russia

Kyiv/UNI: Ukraine on Sunday agreed to meet the Russian delegation at the Ukrainian-Belarusian border, near the Pripyat River.

"We agreed that the Ukrainian delegation would meet with the Russian delegation without preconditions on the Ukrainian-Belarusian border, near the Pripyat River", Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky wrote on his official Telegram channel.

"President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has taken responsibility for ensuring that all planes, helicopters and missiles stationed on Belarusian territory will remain on the ground during the Ukrainian delegation's travel, talks and return," he added.

On day four after Russian forces launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine killing over 200 people, multiple Ukrainian cities and villages are being shelled, attacked with missiles, helicopters, tanks and ships, while ground forces invading, as capital Kyiv.

Meanwhile, Governor of Kharkiv Oblast Oleh Synegubov wrote on Telegram that "Ukraine has full control over Kharkiv."

"After heavy fighting overnight, Ukraine has regained control over Kharkiv, a regional capital in eastern Ukraine.

“The armed forces, the police, and the defense forces are working, and the city is being completely cleansed of the enemy," he added.
