Canada: Ontario pursues to reduce wait times for surgeries, other procedures

Toronto/IBNS: In its effort to eliminate surgical backlogs and reduce wait times for Ontarians, the provincial government is significantly expanding the number of surgeries being done through community surgical and diagnostic centres to make it easier and faster for people to access publicly-funded surgeries and procedures they need, a news release has said.
