Srinagar:  United Kashmiri Sikhs Progressive Forum (UKSPF) Chairman Baldev Singh Rain has announced that Rs. 10 lakh will be provided to repair and renovate Karte Parwan Gurdwara in Kabul city of Afghanistan which was recently attacked by terrorists.
