Beijing irked as US invites Taiwan to democracy summit

Beijing/UNI/Sputnik: The Chinese Foreign Ministry on Wednesday criticized the United States for inviting Taiwan, claimed by China as it's territory, to the 'Summit for Democracy' which President Joe Biden will host virtually in December.
