Businessman, son looted by criminals in UP's Baghpat

Baghpat (Uttar Pradesh), Oct 23 (ANI): Two criminals looted a businessman and his son in Uttar Pradesh's Baghpat. They were returning after closing their shop when the two criminals came and hurled chilli powder in their eyes and tried to loot them. The businessman and his son tried to resist after which the latter was shot in his leg by the criminals. The injured is taken to hospital and the investigation in the case is underway.

Two person shot dead in cross firing in Varanasi

Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh), Sep 15 (ANI):  Two person died in cross-firing in Varnasi's Devnathpura. An alleged Kanpur based history-sheeter fired at businessman Rakesh Agrahari on not receiving a positive response for his demand for extortion. The businessman too cross fired at him rendering him injured. While Rakesh died on spot, the history-sheeter tried to run away but succumbed to injuries on the way.

He died on the spot after an hour, waiting to be brought out of the car.

Haldwani (Uttarakhand), Jan 10 (ANI): Prakash Pandey, a debt-ridden businessman who attempted suicide by consuming poison at Bharatiya Janata party office during Janta Darbar in Dehradun on January 6, died on Tuesday. The man was admitted to a nearby hospital after the incident, where his stomach was cleared by the doctors. Pandey had written to Prime Minister Office and Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat several times, explaining his business was suffering due to demonetisation and GST. Uttarakhand Opposition leader Indira Hridayesh visited the family to pay her condolence and demanded the Chief Minister Rawat to announce minimum Rs 10 Lakh compensation to his family and class-3 government job to the deceased’s wife.

Actors Condemn Shameful Incident With Actor Zaira Wasim

Police have arrested a businessman accused of molesting Dangal actor Zaira Wasim on a flight from Delhi to Mumbai on Sunday.Zaira Wasim, 17, said a "middle-aged man" sitting behind her had repeatedly moved his foot up and down her neck and back while she was "half-asleep".She documented the incident on Instagram and tried to film the man but said it was too dark to see his face. The Bollywood fraternity has strongly condemned the incident.
