MUMBAI, MAR 10 (UNI):- Former Chief of the Naval Staff and Chief Guest Admiral VS Shekhawat commissioning the INS Karanj, the third Kalvari class (Scorpene) submarine, in Mumbai on Wednesday. Admiral Karambir Singh, Chief of Naval Staff accompanied by Vice Adm R Hari Kumar, the Flag Officer Commanding-in Chief, Western Naval Command are also seen in the picture.
