Kolkata, July 31 (IBNS): West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Wednesday expressed her 'deep shock' over the death of coffee chain brand Cafe Coffee Day's founder VG Siddhartha's death and said he was depressed due to "harassment from different agencies".
