Assembly Elections 2017: Polling begins in Uttar Pradesh first phase

Lucknow, Feb 11 (IBNS): The first-phase of the staggered polling scheduled for Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections began on Saturday, with Muzaffarngar recording the highest polling of 15 per cent by nine in the morning, according to media reports.
