ECI appoints Special Expenditure Observers for Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu

New Delhi, Mar 19 (IBNS): The Election Commission of India has appointed two eminent former civil servants Shailendra Handa and Madhu Mahajan as Special Expenditure Observers for the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections.
