The alleged tape quoted the CM saying that from the central force commandant to the Superintendent of Police and the IC, all had to be framed.

She was heard in the alleged tape saying that from the Central force commandants to Superintendent of Police and IC, all have to be framed in the case of firing. While the veracity of the tape is yet to be confirmed, the BJP claimed the CM was trying to foment communal trouble. The Trinamool Congress candidate there was heard admitting that those who died were their partymen.
