Jammu/UNI: Union Minister Dr Jitendra Singh on Thursday said that Shahpur Kandi National Project coming up along the border between Jammu and Kashmir and Punjab, and catering to district Kathua in a big way, vindicates the Indus Waters Treaty (IWT) of 1960.
