Kolkata, Jan 7 (IBNS): Shahi Imam of Kolkata's Tipu Sultan Mosque, Maulana Noorur Rahman Barkati, on Saturday declared an award of 25 lakh rupees for shaving the head and beard of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
