Kolkata/IBNS: In another instance of the ordeal of lakhs of students who appeared for the joint and medical entrance examinations, a Bihar boy missed the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) by a few minutes after travelling 700 kilometers from Bihar to West Bengal on Sunday, media reports said.
