Puducherry/Bhopal/Agartala, Nov 22 (IBNS): Puducherry Chief Minister V Narayanasamy won the Nellithoppe bypoll with a margin of 11,144 votes, defeating his nearest rival Om Sakthi Sekhar of AIADMK, according to media reports on Tuesday.
