Guwahati, Dec 31 (IBNS): The lotus has finally bloomed in Arunachal Pradesh as the frontier state became the first full-fledged saffron state in the North East India, after 33 MLAs out of 43 legislators of People’s Party of Arunachal (PPA), including Chief Minister Pema Khandu, on Saturday joined the BJP.
