Bilkis Bano case: Supreme Court gives 11 convicts no extra time for surrender

New Delhi/IBNS: The Supreme Court on Friday refused to give any extra time to 11 convicts for surrender in the case pertaining to rape of Bilkis Bano during the 2002 Gujarat communal riots, media reports said.
