BJP delegation meets EC, complains against Rahul Gandhi, poll violence in Bengal
New Delhi, Apr 29 (UNI) A BJP delegation comprising Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi and party leaders GVL Narasimha Rao and Nalin Kohli on Monday met Election Commission and raised the issue of continued poll violence in West Bengal and also about certain remarks made by Congress president Rahul Gandhi.

Asansol, Apr 29 (IBNS): Bharatiya Janata Party leader and Union Minister Babul Supriyo's car has been vandalised in Asansol area of West Bengal on a day when several constituencies in the state are voting in the Lok Sabha polls.
Kolkata, Apr 20 (IBNS): Describing the law and order condition of West Bengal, EC special observer Ajay V Nayak on Saturday said situation in Bengal is like what Bihar used to be 10 years ago and hence more central forces are deployed in the booths in the state during Lok Sabha polls this time.
