Waterlogged streets, overflowing dams as incessant rains batter Tamil Nadu

Chennai: Several parts of Tamil Nadu continued to be lashed by heavy to very heavy rains, leaving roads water-logged and dams overflowing in some areas, media reports said.

Bengaluru/UNI: Following overnight incessant rains, Bengaluru on Monday woke up to waterlogged roads and flooded basements of residential societies, uprooted trees and people struggling to wade through flooded stretches on main and arterial roads.
