Indian farmers are ready to adapt to climate change: Prakash Javadekar

New Delhi, Oct 27 (IBNS): Minister for Environment, Forests and Climate Change Prakash Javadekar has said adaptation, capacity building, and strengthening rural communities would be the top priority for the Government to address the challenges posed by climate change.
