Centre directs austerity measures for ministers, babus

New Delhi, Oct 30 (IBNS): With an aim to counter the increasing fiscal deficit, the Centre on Thursday ordered austerity measures including a ban on creation of new posts, holding meetings at five-star hotels and first class air travel for ministers and Government babus, media reported.
