Tokyo Olympics: Novak Djokovic's run ends as Alexander Zverev defeats him in semi-finals

Tokyo: Serbian Tennis star Novak Djokovic bowed out of the Tokyo Olympics after he was defeated by Alexander Zverev in the semi-finals clash.

The world number one was defeated by  his German opponent by  1-6 6-3 6-1.

Djokovic was targeting to become the first man to win all four Grand Slam titles and an Olympic gold medal in the same year.

The German Zverev, 24, will now face  Russian Karen Khachanov in the final match to win the golden medal.
