Tino Best to join Hampshire on short- term deal

London, Apr 25 (IBNS): Former West Indies fast-bowler Tino Best is all set to join Hampshire cricket club on a short term deal.

"Tino Best has played 25 Test Matches & 26 One-Day Internationals for the West Indies and he joins the club as a Kolpak player on a short-term contract," the club website said.

In his career, Best has played 25 Test Matches & 26 One-Day Internationals for the West Indies.

"Hampshire’s current injury crisis includes fast-bowler Fidel Edwards, who suffered a fractured ankle at Headingley last week whilst fellow seamers Reece Topley, Gareth Berg and Ryan Stevenson are all currently not available for selection due to injury," read the club website.
