T20 World Cup: KL Rahul slams quick 50 as India off to fiery start against Australia

KL Rahul's 50 powered India to register a flying start in their warm-up match of the T20 World Cup against Australia at The Gabba in Brisbane Monday.

Rahul slammed 57 off 33 balls in a brief time, hitting six fours and three sixes.

He completed his half-century in just 27 balls. 

Skipper Rohit Sharma was dismissed for 15 off 14 balls.

Earlier in the morning, Australian captain Aaron Finch won the toss and elected to bowl first.
