Shame on people for trolling Anushka Sharma: Kohli tweets

New Delhi, Mar 28 (IBNS) Indian Test skipper Virat Kohli slammed social media trolls for targetting Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma last year after the cricket side had lost their semi-finals clash against Australia during the 50 overs World Cup match.

Kohli said Sharma had always given him 'positivity'.

"Shame on people for trolling @AnushkaSharma non-stop. Have some compassion. She has always only given me positivity," Kohli tweeted.

Kohli hit an unbeaten 82 runs with his willow which helped India beat Australia by six wickets in a crucial ICC World T20 match on Sunday.

India reached the semi-finals of the tournament after the victory.

India will face West Indies in the last four stage of the tournament.
