Sachin Tendulkar's autobiography 'Playing It My Way' launched
Mumbai, Nov 5 (IBNS) Indian batting icon Sachin Tendulkar launched his much-awaited autobiography 'Playing It My Way' in Mumbai on Wednesday.
The autobiography has already gained much attention after Tendulkar made some revelations regarding the situation in the dressing room during the era of former Indian coach Greg Chappell.

His wife Anjali Tendulkar, brother Ajit Tendulkar were also present at the launch of the autobiography of the retired Indian cricketer who was inducted in the Bradman Foundation.
"The atmosphere could have been better. It was not a healthy atmosphere. The atmosphere (in the dressing room) should be such that brings the best within you. The environment was very negative....I felt seniors could have managed the team [without Greg Chappell] at 2007 World Cup," Tendulkar said at the launch of the autobiography.
Former Indian skipper Rahul Dravid said 2007 was a difficult time for him.
"2007 was a difficult time for me as captain," Dravid said.
Former skipper Sourav Ganguly said things started changing after 2007.
"Things fared well after 2007. We won in England and the atmosphere started changing," Ganguly said.
Speaking at the launch, Tendulkar's wife Anjali Tendulkar said: "I saw Sachin at the airport, found him very cute and ran after him."

According to the excerpts released in the media, in his autobiography, the Indian batting legend also wrote about the spat Chappell, who was then the coach of the national Indian cricket team had with skipper Sourav Ganguly over the former’s reservation about Sachin’s batting position in the one-day team.
Earlier in the previous excerpts, it was revealed that Tendulkar wrote about the dark days he survived in his career.
