Paris Olympics: Neeraj Chopra hits spectacular 89.34 meters throw to reach javelin final

India's javelin sensation inched a step forward towards clinching another Olympic medal after he stormed to the final by putting up a dominating show in the qualification round of the Paris mega event.

Neeraj touched an astounding 89.34 meters in one of the attempts which comfortably placed him in the final.

This was one of the best throws of Neeraj in his striking career where he has shattered several records.

It is the best throw achieved by him in any of his qualification rounds.

Neeraj will now participate in the crucial final round on Thursday.

Neeraj is defending his medal which he had won the Tokyo event.
