Need to give him confidence: Ravindra Jadeja on Ruturaj Gaikwad's poor start in IPL 2022

| @indiablooms | Apr 04, 2022, at 04:52 pm

Mumbai/IBNS: Chennai Super Kings captain Ravindra Jadeja is not worried about his batter Ruturaj Gaikwad's poor start to the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022.

Speaking on Gaikwad after the match, Jadeja said, "We need to give him (Gaikwad) confidence as we all know he's a very good player. I'm sure he will come good."

Jadeja's Chennai have lost all three matches they have played so far in this year's tournament.

Chennai on Sunday suffered a 54-run defeat in the hands of Punjab Kings, continuing their nightmare in the IPL 2022.

Punjab Kings' win was mostly credited to Liam Livingstone's allround performance.
