IPL: Rishabh Pant fined Rs. 12 lakh

Mumbai: Delhi Capitals skipper Rishabh Pant has been fined Rs 12 lakhs after his side maintained  a slow over rate during their TATA Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 match against Lucknow Super Giants.

The match was played at the DY Patil Stadium, Navi Mumbai on Apr 7,

"As it was the team’s first offence of the season under the IPL’s Code of Conduct relating to minimum over rate offences, Delhi Capitals captain Rishabh Pant was fined Rs 12 lakhs," the Indian Premier League said in a statement.

Quinton de Kock's 80 off 52 balls powered Lucknow to victory by 6 wickets against Delhi.
