IPL 2023 kicks off with Arijit Singh, Rashmika Mandanna & Tamannaah Bhatia's performances

Ahmedabad/IBNS: The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 kick-started with a grand opening ceremony at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. 

The inaugural ceremony was marked by a melodious musical performance by Arijit Singh.

It was followed by dance cameos from Tamannaah Bhatia and Rashmika Mandanna.

To top it off, fans got a glimpse of Gujarat Titans captain Hardik Pandya and CSK skipper MS Dhoni as they were invited onto the stage.

The season took off with the first match between the Gujarat Titans and the Chennai Super Kings.

Gujarat Titans won the toss and elected to field against CSK
